Holland America Line – Ships & Destinations
Holland America Fleet of 11 mid-sized ships is geared to the upper end of the popular cruise ship market. The older Zaandam and Volendam accept 1,432 passengers. From 2002 to 2006 Holland America launched the Zuiderdam, Oosterdam, Westerdam and Noordam, which all take about 2,000 passengers. In 2008 and 2010 the Eurodam and Nieuw Amsterdam joined the fleet, accepting 2,100 passengers. From 2016 to 2021 the Konigsdam, Nieuw Statendam and Rotterdam were added with around 2,600 guests.
Holland America Line covers the globe, but the Caribbean is a central focus in winter. In summer, they offer cruises to Alaska combined with land based rail tours to Denali. Summer also sees a repositioning of several ships to Europe.

Neptune Suite

The Pinnacle and Neptune Suites are top of the line accommodation. Holland America also offers Signature, and VistaSuites. Staterooms are available in Verandah, Lanai, Ocean-view and Inside cabins.
